FULLY AUTOMATIC CROSS HEMMING MACHINE

This automatic sewing machine is designed to provide high precision and efficiency in towel sewing. The machine size is 11.000×6,000×2,300 mm and it can work with four bands in fabric working widths from 30 cm to 80 cm. The machine, which can count the number of pieces by detecting the cutting point of the towel with the help of sensors, automatically stops by detecting any errors (shortness or length) that may occur in towel length.

The machine allows the user to adjust the towel length sensitivity thanks to the touch screen. In addition, it offers the opportunity to read the technical faults of the machine as a message via the screen. Towel edge thickness and other settings can be made on the operator panel, as well as optionally closed, open and lace labels can be sewn. The excess sewing threads on the inlet and outlet parts of the towel are cut with the help of a knife, and the machine stops automatically when the thread breaks.

The machine is equipped with external safety barriers, and the machine stops automatically when users enter the machine. The machine, which has the feature of protection against power cuts and opening depending on the operator when power is restored, uses PLC (programmable logic control) for electrical commands and motion operations. Cutting is done with a circular knife, and there are special tools with edge folding in the range of 8-25 mm for towel edge curling.

The machine can sew a minimum of 30×30 cm and a maximum of 100×180 cm towels. The frequency of the sewing threads on the inlet and outlet parts of the towel can be increased or decreased optionally, optionally chain stitching or lock stitching can be made. When the stacked terry cloth reaches the desired number, it is output from the machine with the help of the conveyor belt.
