Punch Sheet Processing Machine

The Punch Sheet processing machine is a metalworking machine that is designed for punching and forming sheet metal. It is capable of processing sheets up to 10'x5' in size without the need for repositioning (EMK 3612 M2 only). The machine features twin servo drives that eliminate the need for hydraulic or oil-cooling chillers, resulting in significantly reduced maintenance and repair costs. The machine also offers precision ram motion control for reducing tooling wear and punching noise. Additionally, the Punch sheet processing machine features a power vacuum system that virtually eliminates slug pulling and Air Blow Oil Mist tooling for extended tool life and minimum tool maintenance. Its rigid bridge frame ensures tighter tolerances while producing high-quality, distortion-free parts. The machine is operated by a free-standing PC-based network CNC control that allows for flexible layout.
